Hi everyone
The Mariner on the boat has been sitting for six to twelve months. We got it started and the boat ran really well, but chews the juice like there's no tomorrow. I would like to put it in for a 'tune-up' somewhere on Brisbanes Southside. Rather than randomly pick from the yellow pages, can someone please send a private pm with your recommedations???
Tahs
Deb ;)

Hey,
Nitro marine at Southport on the Gold Coast are excellent. Been doing all my engines for over eight years, and they are great. Great prices, and best of all fantastic mechanics. Never had too many probs, with nothing serious.
They are a Mercury/Mariner dealer from way back
Regards
Darren

Is that southside marine at waterford, more like Edens Landing.
If so I also recommend them.

Deb, Take care. Mariner in those days were made by Yamaha, and taken over by Mercury. I think yours was still the Yahaha version.
Des Hughes Marine at Woodridge does a good job. Try him,and tell him David sent you, with the 1980 60 hp Mariner
