I have been looking for a new sounder for my centre console, and after visiting Whitworths and a few other outlets, I decided on the Hummingbird 'Legend 2005 Deep' as the perfect set up for my fishing preferences.
Now as you all may know, Whitworths always offer their gear at reasonable prices, but a mate of mine told me to have a look at ebay before I bought. So I did.
The rrp of this system is $849 (on special usually $899) from Whitworths Marine (up to $1100 at other outlets!), I bought the 2005 Deep ,brand new in an unopened box for $335!!!!!. She is fully installed and working like a dream.
Just thought I should let you guys know that there is another option out there, and a saving o ;Df 66% approx is worth letting everyone know about!
I have now bought a number of items through ebay now if you do a little home work you can save $000's.
