Hello all.

Just wondering if others have taken on boating related projects over winter in preperation for the next season.

For me, I am finishing off a large plate aluminium boat which I have now completed the painting and are in the fit-out stage.

Do others have projects this winter on their boats, trailers, motors etc?

Guys,

How can you say winter is for tinkering, The best posibble time for fishing is in winter. Tinker with jacket zippers, beanies, and your hot coffee flask, cause thats whats needed.

Good luck

Sorry guys I am getting a bit to soft for too much winter fishing in Melbourne.

I like to get out well before sun up and fish through the dawn period.

Touble is that is sooooo cold at that time.

Better to lay back in a warm bed with my hand on it I think.
