I have recently bought a 15 hp 1985 model evinrude outboard and i cant get it to run smoothly. I was hoping someone might have a manual for this motor i could borrow so i could check the timing and carbie. If anyone has one i could borrow i would be very happy to hear from them

hi razza, if you can't get one here,
try checking the local council library.
i was at redlands cleveland branch earlier this week,
they had 4 or 5 clymer manuals suzuki, evinrude, yamaha etc.
if your not a member there, no worries, they have cheap
photocopy machines there too.
ring 'em up first and check it's available first if your from
a fair way away. (south brisbane on your profile)

I have the OMC manuals for your motor (2 thru V-6). I will loan them to you provided you guard them with your life. You need to be tech. minded and have equipment to do the tests. Do you live anywhere near Mt Gravatt?

Hi that would be great if i could borrow it, ok now i am mechanically minded and what test equipment would i need.
I live at Marsden so yes it is near Mt Gravatt (20min or so )
