navman 4500 sounder

Has anyone bought or had experiance with this sounder.If so I would like to know your thoughts about this unit.

G'day mustard and welcome to the site. I have a navman 4500 sounder. So far no problems with it and find that it is easy to use. The colour screen is makes it easy to differentiate what type of bottom your looking at. Just like any sounder though, the correct position of the transducer is the key to getting good readings from the unit. Let us know if there is anything in particular you would like to know.

Very easy to use, had a little trouble locating transducer to read at speed, I think i got it nailed now though.
