Hello peoples
i have a 15ft nautiglass half cab hull which is rated to 85 hp outboard. I want to re-power the boat with a new 90 yammy and i need to know who built the boat and who owns the right to the moulds today as they are the persons that can give cosent to putting 5 more hp on the transom.
I have no doubt that there will be no adverse effects on the boat by putting a 90 hp on it as it weighs alot less than the 85 hp of that era in the early 80s as the boat is a 1978 model in A1 condition .
ps, i have done my home work on all the outboards and the 90 yammy is the best money for value outboard in the size that i am after.
