has anyone made their own cushions for eskis, and if so, what's the most suitable foam and best way to attach them?

Jono

Get your self some 25mm (or greater) closed cell foam and stick it on with something like contact cement. You might have problems getting contact cement to stick to some types of plastic ??? ???

Jono,
I had mine made from a marine grade vinyl. UV stable & extra tough. Foam was 50mm. I glued velcro strips to the esky lid & the vinyl using contact glue. I remove it when the boat is not on the water. No problems for 18 months. You can see it on the esky in front of the CC.

I can barely see the foam as my eyes get distracted by the beautiful boat surrounding it! :D the velcro, removeable option sounds really good. cheers.

Pete stop showing off and just take a pick of the cushions. LOL
And by the way it does look sexy with the new motor.
But the wheels need a clean.
Cheers Kev.
