Hi
I have one of these and any help would be appreciated. This unit is fairly similar to the other LMS series of chart plotters so some of the following queries would apply:
1. I've got the GDM6 software that you can download from Lowrance. Does anybody know how to use a good quality map with this program. I don't seem to be able to import either Navionics charts or any other sort of chart with the program.
2. Does anyone know how to use EasyGPS or any of the other programs with this unit. I seem to be having a lot of problems converting spreadsheets with waypoints in them into files that I can import into the LMS unit.
3. The picture hereabouts shows the plotter with a 75 / 25 split screen. I seem only to be able to get a 50 / 50 split.
I know these are pretty specific questions. Does anyone know any other chat boards where I might be able to get some more information. Lowrance don't seem to be very forthcoming
