Leisure Marine have a resonable size store on 3242 Old Cleveland Rd Capalaba I think it is #:-/
Failing that BIAS boating warehouse Tingalpa not sure of exact address Wynumm rd ??

Most of them stock the same stuff, Whitworths near the Gabba has a big range although maybe not the best on price....Then again anything with MARINE written on is not cheap anywhere even in Japan....

whitworths state in their catalogue that they will match competitors prices so put it on them if you know of a cheaper price elsewhere

I've have success showing them a cheaper price and gotten a discount.

I was in APEX Marine at Upper Mt Gravatt on Saturday. They are closing the doors at this store and re opening in Cleveland apparently in about 3-4 weeks.
They had some pretty good marked down prices, but not much left. Tackle was cheap not sure of the brands available. Did notice they were selling SPs (different brands) singularly about 40 c ea from memory.
