Ok Fellas
I need to milk your brains as i havnt had to do this before. The floor in my boat is rotted, i have nearly got all the old floor out but i need to know what do you use to seal the new underfloor?. Then after that is done what do i use to seal the top floor? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Coating the underside of the floor in polyester resin as well as all the edges will make i survive a little longer Most boats out of the factories have nothing on the underside and the floors last years. Cover the top side in polyester resin and chopped strand mat. Make sure to fair in at the edges.
Coat the new fiberglass in a coat of flowcoat otherwise the poly resin will stay tacky.

Go to your local libary as there are a couple of older but still good books on figerglassing available.

I would use a minimum of 3 coats of flowcoat
