Transducer/speaker cables

Just putting in a sound system in the boat. If I run the speaker cables next to the transducer cable will I affect the performance of my sounder ???

You mean the fish might start dancing? :) The sounder cable should be shielded enough for you to get away with it, better than even odds, but I cannot say for sure.nq

I doubt it will affect your sounder but the sounder may affect your speakers.
