Now that I have replaced just about all of my electronics, I have a few unsightly and exposed screw holes on the dashboard and around the aerial mount. I could fill these with waterproof Selleys but is there a neater way?

You can get little plastic lugs for the use of a better word. Just stick these in your holes & it looks all neat.

Whitworths should have them or a motor trimmer.

or try some metal putty the aqua stuff
just knead the two part together and then plug the holes and if your really keen sand down and respray ;D
or do what most of us do and just pop rivert :P

Like Heath says try some of the push in plastic button plugs available from places like auto spares or Super cheap . You may have to open the hole out to fit or use a stainless washer behind the hole if the dash is too thin and the button is loose when you press it in .
