Been talking to our Cruiser Craft dealer, he was saying that new boats will need to have positive bouyancy, and all false floors will be filled, as well as the likes of the storage compartments in the sides of the Quinny's.
Apparantly, the boat needs to be able to stay bouyant and float when full of fuel and cargo, people included. This to me, means allot of foam.
There will be different classes of boat when sold, those filled and those not.
Full details I'm not sure on, this is just what I have heard.
