Hi guys,

I have been looking at boat after boat & I think I have found one that is really impressing to the eye, good size & great package/price.

The question I have for you experts, how many of you have had experience with these boats? How do they handle PPB / WP conditions? Would it handle light offshore work?

It will have a 140 Merc 2S on the rear to push her along.

Doesn't quite answer his question does it?

Do you know anything about the boat he is asking about or not?

I own one and I’m very happy with it, can’t really compare to other boats as it my first one. Have taken it offshore a couple times with no problems. It does seem to pound a bit hard into wind with about a meter plus swell (which 5.5m boat doesn’t?) but slow it to about 17kts with the trim in and it seems fine.

I compared it to a lot of other boats around the same size and found it excellent value for money. Why not take it for a test drive??

Oh well, #::) it would have been good to catch up. The dealer up here was more than happy to take me out for a spin, maybe you could try that. I also recommend boatpoint.com and use their comparison guide. http://boatpoint.ninemsn.com.au/portal/alias__boatpointau/tabID__200869/DesktopDefault.aspx
