Oh well, my pride and joy is gone. My boat sold today (I got close enough to my money) and is out of my life forever. I must admit to a twinge of sadness as it was such a good ship. But, as they say, life goes on and I am now boatless. I am hoping that this will only be a temporary measure and I will be able to replace the boat and fill the void in my life (and the void in my shed).

hey bignick, sorry to hear the bad news mate, but i'm actually picking my new boat up tomorrow( fri ). quintrex 540 legend with 115 yammie. finally after 3 months its here, and guess what!!! it's blowing f--king 25 knots up here. :'( oh well, looks like a few beers in it up the shed. ;D

That's typical. When I bought my Allycraft Centre Console back in 2002, it took me about 5 weeks to get it wet. Patience young man...
