Haines Hunter just released a few new boats - mostly a 650 and a Bass / Bream Boat


The Bass Bream Boat is called the ProStrike was teh one thet interested me. Though I think Nugget will be writing up a review on them -


Well it was out on the Broadwater the last 2 days. I missed out on a ride but I did step aboard.

2 big rod lockers either side or huge central bin. (200 litre plus gas struts)

Recessed slot for the foot control – leaving space for a smallish anchor below.


Front deck is full width – no recessed step.

Rod Buckles (straps) for front deck and passenger in a holster arrangement.


Quality buckles and fittings throughout. – 2 grab handles, cup holders etc

Live well with full recirculate, venturi and pump out and auto timer behind the 3 bucket seats

Carbon fibre steering wheel

Read deck - Live well – with partition Looks to be 120 litres 2 big tackle bins (fits 5 shim ano boxes exactly. Plus two more / access points.


Basically looks like a well set out US Bass Boat


They said it will survive a 200hp but will only rate it to 150. 90 Etec minimum priced at $36,895.
