Bill Corten's Bar Crossing Course

I did Bill Corten's bar crosssing course yesterday.

Awesome!

I would feel very comfortable in handling the good with the bad now.

Leaves from Cleveland. Cost $340 per person. Four being tutored yesterday, me and two mates from work and another fellow who drove down from the Sunshine Coast.

Worth every cent. Lots of practice in various situations. Bill used 150 litres of fuel on the day as we went back and forward across the South Passage bar in various wave situations.

It was real fun tossing Bill's boat around in those conditions with his friendly guiding style helping us master the conditions until we got to the stage where he just let us manage the conditions without his guidance but with a watchful eye, of course.
