Sth Moreton Bay during Winter School Holidays

Hello Everybody,
What are the conditions on the Southern Moreton Bay like during the Winter School Holidays.
Do conditions become too choppy to take a tinny out around South Stradbroke Island?

Saphire, I'm not an expert, but if you could have seen the conditions on the water yesterday and today, you would be filled with confidence for the school hols! It was smooth as today, like skimming on oil, but that was Raby Bay, Peel, Mud but I wouldn't mind betting it was similar in the south.
