Fish oil

Just wondering if spraying the leaf springs on the trailer with fish oil will help them not to rust as quick

I use peanut oil. It just keeps on creeping it's way into rust & gaps etc. Works like clear ensis fluid but just keeps going. Will also help free up your springs so they work properly & being a natural product, won't pollute the waterways like other oils when you launch your trailer.
Only need to do the trailer once a year with it. Fish oil is also good, but I have found peanut oil doesn't smell as much & you can get it from the local supermaket fairly cheap.
