Gotta put this up
For those who know , our fuel troubles have been legendary but solved. When it comes to fuel leaks and the hassles they cause, I've learnt a bit. BUT still the next door neighbour, who has watched the repairs with great delight, topped it ;D
What happens when you spill fuel in a tinny?
Do you a: leave it, the smell will evaporate?, b: hose it out but leave the bungs in, to give the boat a good clean?, c: wipe it up really fast, then hose, and re-seal the bungs, especially if the bungs have been put in with silicone...?
What happens when you decide to re-paint the floor with a non-stick paint, and slop the turps aroung to clean it?
A; Lovely job, nuh doesn't hurt the foam, b: About time you got back home, what do think the sticky stuff is blocking the bung hole? c: don't splash turps about a foam filled under deck
