has any one been to karumba and if so have they any info. i want to tow my webster twin fisher up there. i was wondering if it was worth while.

karumba's a top spot, fishing the rivers for barra and then heading out the front is worth while, caught some nice fish there. Good pub right on the water ,heaps of accomadation . they have 12 hour tides up there took sum gettin use to.

Have fished a little further north than Karumba, good accomodation available (must book) fishing can be unreal and not a lot of competition from other anglers. Send PM for better details if interested.

Great spot accomadation for try Karumba Point Sunset Caravan Park has clean toilets etc & great pool. Also less than 100 metres from boat ramp! No I dont work for them that's where we stay for the above reasons
