I couldn't find the boat you are referring to, but sounds like a great package. I'm not too sure, but certainly around the $40k mark sounds reasonable. If you could get that for $35,000 it would be an absolute bargain in my opinion. What are they asking? $45K

i'm no expert, but 220 hrs is bugger all really. Sounds about fair light recreational useage for the age of the boat.
