sea jay 600 magnum tinny

Has anyone been in a 600 magnum tinny if so how was the ride.Looking at one with a 75 merc on the back.Looks big enough to handle some rough stuff, any ideas

A mate had the Sea Jay 6mt equivalent that he turned into a supa console/centre cabish jobbie had a 90 on it...said it was a bit slammy into a sea or across a sea and a bit wet too boot...but very economical with the 90....everything is a trade off

Quintrex also make a 6m open boat. I think it's called 600 Fishseeker. Saw one down the road from my place recently. Nice big open fishing boat.

Hi Rhys, is your mate selling/sold that boat because it or another identical setup was in the yard at qld powerboats a few weeks ago. 90 2st yammy, with a big centre cab jobby, bulk room though. One thing I did notice was that the hull had proper planing strakes, they must do it on the 6 hey. cheers isaac
