Just purchased the 530 c bar crusher,115 suzuki 4 stroke on the back.Don't get it until next week after fit out and would love to hear any advice or comments that you have.Haven't even been out in one but after all the research i have done in the last 5 weeks i have kept comming back to it as the boat that suits my needs.Very hard to get test ride as i live in Cairns North QLD and there ain't that many up here.Had some say they need trim tabs ? Has anyone had an issue with water comming over the back tranny? I keep hearing how good they are so i hope i made the right choice.
Thankyou for your time in reading this and hope to hear your reply

Went for a test run in a 560c off North Haven in Adelaide a few weeks ago. Found it to be fairly soft riding and quite stable at rest which is due in part to the under floor area flooding when it stops. I have ask other owners of Bar Crushers their opinion and they seem to be quite happy. Actually had a ride in a stabi craft also and I thought they were pretty good however thought the Bar Crusher was a softer ride. However not as soft as the heavy fibreglass boats. Did you get a good deal or were you a captive audience for the one and only dealer in town?

About time you got something comfortable to take your old skipper fishing in when he comes up for holidays. Pity all our good old spots are in green zones now.
