I have an exelent single handed anchor retrievel system its called a DECKIE.
to be honest I normally pull the bloody thing and I will get a anchor winch on day.
I have one of those bow rollers on my boat and it dosnt seem to be any benifet on its own but work well with a sarca anchor and winch
cheers

I have one fitted on my 19' boat. I always planned to put one on from the start - I have a casting deck and didn't want to stand too high on the bow. I find it easier to deploy the anchor, retrieving it is a breeze, the anchor is stored on the bow (no rattling around in a well) and it looks really cool ;)
