Ski Poles / Cutting Board Fabricator

Hey all,
I have a 4.2m 4 season runabout.
It has a recessed motor well and 2 seats built in besides the motor well.
I am thinking of getting a combo ski pole and cutting board made. Hoping this could be mounted above the motor.
Any ideas who can do this, Or even if the transom would be strong enough to support a raised ski pole.
I don’t know were to start.
Any Help appreciated.

Ring Boatfit on the Gold Coast, they are good at making 1 off custom jobs but expect to pay for it ::)

They're not cheap, but I was happy with the SS baitboard they made me.

Will give them a call.
For you the dont Know, The boat brand is Sea Lark.
It is the same hull as the Stessco 4.2 Skipper.
It has 3mm Botton and 2mm Side.
Not sure if this info is helpful.
