"Sick of me yet"??

Nah just the multiple threads you keep starting on virtually the same thing. lol Try sticking to one thread and asking the questions there!

"what have you done (if at all) to alleviate rock at rest in these babies"??

Parked the boat under a tree!

Hi Team!

Sick of me yet?? 8-)

Your views on the V17L and Seafarer V-Sea 474 at rest on PPB?

Maybe even a comparison between the two..

And, what have you done (if at all) to alleviate rock at rest in these babies??

Smelly basically single planing hull design is- stable at rest(shallow vee)= hard ride, good ride(deep vee)=rocky at rest.
In between lies the perfect hull for what you want, take your pick BUT I would warn against modifying a known good sea hull unless you know exactly what you are doing :o
cheers jon

Thanks Familyman - I was not thinking about cutting/pasting anything on the hull -but rather add on stuff (like tabs) at the rear or something at sides
