fisher,s open day

hello there, i was just wondering how the fisher open day went, and how many ausfishers went to drool over the boats on display[cause i,m upset as i had to attend another function at the same time]cheers ian

The cook and I went and had a gander.
Mate, the cook got the camera out and started talking about boats. #[smiley=2thumbsup.gif]Look out Col, she's got her eye on the 4x4 and if I sell a couple of boats and a couple of spare cars she wants the 4.5 with the double width C/C. Just like the one that the older chap had that's about 18months to 2 years old and looks like it came out of the factory 2 months ago.
Your a champ Col, sorry I didn't get to meet you personally.
Pity we didn't see 'Wild thing" do it's thing :-/
P.S. I got some real serious browny points on Saturday. After the boats I took the cook over the road for a great feed and a couple of drinks and life is REAL good. :)

Well Ian it didn't happen as well as we would have liked :'( due to the Caboolture Council #>:( >:(
They decided on Thursday that we had to cancel it :( :( We were not allowed to have a sausage sizzle no advertising and no giving out any information regarding our boats.
Needless to say we went ahead with it but only at the waterline .A BIG THANK-YOU :) :) :) goes to the Fisher Boat Owners who came up for the day . The response #from the public was great #:) :)even though it was hard to catch up with people as there was no central meeting point for people to go to and no information to give out.
We also got a visit from the council inspector as it would appear they have nothing else better to do on a Saturday then to check up on us. :-X :-X :-X
He even took photo's so we will wait and see >:( >:(
