Boy-z,
Don't know what size boat you have but have a look at this one. Made in Cairns by Tropic Trimming

Boyz,
Another piccy of the canopy unfolded. It works well as there are no straps to get in the way.

Dicko1980,
I haven't got 10 postings as yet ( This is #9)so I can't reply to your PM. But to answer your question, yes it does fold down to the gunnels. If you need any more info on it, I'll send it to you. It cost me about $800 a couple of years ago.,
Cheers

Hey Dicko1980, struggling to decide on a suitable canopy as well hey? Canopy is the last on my list (I wish) and this one of Malp's looks pretty handy. I think you should go ahead and install one so I can see how it goes on the hooker ;D ;D ;D ;)

Yeah Vermin the canopy is the last item on my boat list. I have all the materials for the bait board now, so hopefully in the next couple of week I will fabricate it. I have ordered the chartplotter, so now all I have to do is choose a canopy. I'm tossing up between the one's on the boats at motor marine or the above design. I will start getting quotes this week on the above design. I was quoted around $649 for the Motor Marine one. I'm working nightshift for the next couple of months so I'm trying to finish the boat off so I can just enjoy it when I go back to a normal working week.

Cheers

I USE THIS ONE, FOLDS DOWN OVER THE BOW WHEN NOT IN USE, AND EASILY REMOVED OR ADJUSTABLE AS i HAVE TWO MOUNTINGS ON THE GUNWHALES
