Has anyone here had any experience (or got feed back ) on the Yamaha 115hp CV 2 strokes? The basic ones that DO NOT have oil injection. Im looking at a 1998 model.
Are they a smokey or "rough idling" engine ?
What brand of oil did you use in it?
I read ages ago they dont get some certain engine management functions that the "normal" motors have. I think Yamaha has dis-continued them (not on their web site)
I havent seen the boat yet, but i will be looking on Saturday. Its a fibreglass Yalta 189.
