Unbiased comparisons

Am looking at upgrading to a 4 plus metre cuddy (or similar).
Has anyone ever done a comparison between tin, glass and poly? :-/
Taking into account such things as weight, durability, cost, handling, noise, damage repair etc?
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Dont know so much about a head to head type comparo, but Jeff Websters secondhand boat secrets book is a good starting point.
