Origin of the Nautiglas boat company?

Hello, I am trying to find the origins of the Nautiglas boat company. I have been given a Nautiglas V150 and I am interested in finding out about this craft. Any help would be most welcome. thanks & tight lines.

hi ya i had a later model back in 1978 VICKERS/NAUTIGLAS They were made up Newcastle way but went bust, I had a 510 Easy Rider half cabin version it was the best boat i ever had till now. 13 boats later i have a big tinnie. I hope i've help ya. P.S. WEBB BROS Marine in Sutherland was the dealers back then. Cheers
