try: www.outboardcovers.com.au
I have heard good things about them and they look reasonably priced. You could also try Sundown Marine, they stock them too.

Hey mjc85
Get one made for your motor, properly padded, or it may rub the
expensive paint-work & cost you more when it comes to trade-in.
A small invesment after you have paid out for a good motor.
COST OF A TAILOR_MADE COVER TO FIT , about $100 or so .....,
Cost if you are trying to trade on a motor with heaps of scratches on the cowl????( not so pretty ). HMMMMMM
I only intend to keep mine for 2 yrs.
My new motor got one run ( had to hear it run ), before the cover was made for it. Many times since then was SO glad it was there, even in a short time (6mths).
There have been times I would have scratched it myself had the cover not been there.
To buy a new motor, you have spared no expense, dont stop now before you have protected your investment !!!!

Go for the O.C.A, Outboard Covers Australia, cover. I have one fitted my 06 75 Merc and its a god send. I ordered the cover on a Friday morning and it was delivered on a Sunday that same weekend end. I live in Townsville and the cover came from Perth. How's that for service.

I agree go the Outboard Covers Australia version, I have the cowl cover as well as the full engine cover and they work a treat! You can keep the full cover on while trailering (stops stone chips) and you can leave the cowl cover on while running (stops sinker abuse ;D) and looks cool too 8-) I ordered mine for a 90hp Merc from the Brisbane Boat Show about 4 years ago and had it delivered in about a week. Very happy with the service and very happy with the quality.

So these covers are padded inside and won't scratch the paintwork ?
Do you think i will be able to get one at the Sanctury cove boat show this wknd ?

Yeah kind of padded its a special sort of non-scratchy material (if you get my drift) ;D on the inside. My cowl is in perfect condition, I still remove the cover to clean the motor after use then dry it off, hose the cover off to remove any salt spray then whack it back on. If O.C.A are at the show then you would be able to order it from there. Oh yeah they also have a pretty good colour range to so you can get it to match your boat/bimini etc.
Cheers and beers
