Hi Guys here is a couple of photos of a filter installation sorry about durlac all over filter I think it is better to be safe than sorry. Quite easy to install even in a small open boat mine is a 3.75 cody with 15 merc on the back. My advice is fit some sort of filter on the motor mine still had fuel issues even with 3 day old fuel premix with quicksilver premium. It does not just effect big boats it cans hit little boasts as well even when I was told there is a manfucturing filter in the motor gget another one.
