Does anyone now the process or if it is even possible to have a hull HP rating increased?

What type and size of boat? Why do you want to increase the hull hp rating? You could contact the manufacturer of your boat and make inquiries. If there is a process they will be able to advise you.

The boats a 5m glass boat rated to 100hp and the manufacture Say's it will take a 150hp without a problem but will not re-rate it :'( so I was just curious if there was another way or process.
