I went looking today at buying a Electric Motor and found a boat that would suit the new motor ;D

Here is what I am looking at.
4.80m Quintrex Topender http://www.quintrex.com.au/view_boat.aspx?stockc=BM48TOQMT
75 Mercury OptiMax or Standard 2 or 4 Stroke depends on pricing.
55 lbs Minn Kota Bow mount with 130 amphour battery bank
New colour soounder and GPS.

I have a 4cyc 2001 Toyota camry and i am think that towing could be a problem.

There a nice rig "i'm" not a big fan of the manufacturer, "I" think there resale values show what the general public think.

Check the camrys manual it'll have the tow capacity in there?

I'm on your side - the Camry would be marginal. I towed a 15 ft glass boat with a 75 merc. and burned 1.5 clutches. Problem with the camrys is the front wheel drive - pulling the car and the boat puts too much pressure on the clutch IMO. Mind you , the tinnie would be lighter than my glass boat.

i would not have thought that a tinny of that size would pose a problem, I had a 4.8m savage on a commodore though, and that was so easy, I think your hardest part would be retrieving from a ramp.
