what size bilge pump

hi just wondering what size bilge pump to get for 80lt drum which will be mounted at the front of my 4.1 meter tinnie on the cask deck . it will be removable . was think of running the bilge pump from the front on a bracket which you mount to the side .so you can only use when stationary . or mounty to the back transom .
