pods ec side motor any ideas ?

after reading great post on new bottom for old boat am very interested in the idea of improving the capabilites of my boat i have 16 alum clark and the idea of a 80ltr pod ec side motor sounds great to me has anyone tried it or are like me i was quoted today by a port bundy welder $1000 ?

i have pods made for my streaker 4.58 and thay made a big differance to my boat now the well has very little water in it i now wish i made them bigger
