Ok guys, I need help or advice on whether to convert a runabout to cuddy cab, sell it ( just posted on Ausfish site to see whats out there) or convert it too a cubby cab. Basically i have a2 young ones under 2 and would like a little place for them to sleep or play while i'm fishing with the missus. Cubby more room, safter and keeps the missus happy.

Has anyone got experience in this, I like my boat, but if it's too expensive to convert or know of a frabricator who can do it on a budget.

Think converting will be exspensive, moulding windows aluminium frames, then re disigning the helm, pedestal seats.
Then strenghen the floor where they go.

And what would it then look like would it make the boat worth less.

Have you considered a longer and higher canopy with sides, still be water and wind proof.
And a whole lot less exspensive and would probably add to the value of the boat, While keeping the existing helm and seating.
