could any one tell me how hard it is to change a prop shaft seal on a johnson 50 2 stroke

yeah, easy if ya got the speacial tools and the know how. Otherwise you could be in strife.

You need to remove the bearing carrier to remove the seals

a good mechanic would do it in 1 1/2s tops
