Well, here tis,all but finished.Just need to refurbish the canopy, and tidy up some odds and sods on the inside of the old girl.
Many have commented on the quality of the welding on the new bottom. Thanks go to Fisher Boats& to Mark for the recommendation..

Az,
Yep you did it.The wiring was a disaster, when I went to put it all together.Got to the Tweed two days late.

Note the LED running lights.

Also got a new all round white, that has a Lens, only about 1cm high. Anti glare. You cant see the bulb,as it is down inside the tube. Light does not shine down or upwards.

Az,did about 9 hours on the holidays.
Trims up well, but starts to porpoise if you hit a wake, and then you cant stop it by dropping the trim.
Also now I can go to WOT (during the run in),for a few minutes,at high speed it will porpoise, without trim.

Going to wedge it at the ten hour service,to correct that issue , as it will give a bit more negative trim.
No cavitation problems on turns, thank goodness. Sure is a different boat.Throws the water out well, and handles the slop great.
Very pleased with the result to date, with some corrections still to come.

Well Done David, I only know you through watching your boat evolve into a real classy rig, and I've really enjoyed the transition. Thanks for sharing it with us on ausfish. All the best with the future of boating in your family.
Cheers ttone
