Window repairs

Hi All,

My windows are a mixture of fixed and sliding with aluminium frames. The boat's about 25 years old and previous owners have painted the frames and attempted to re-seal them with silicon. Can anyone recommed someone near jacobs well to re-do the frames and replace the seals?
