Prop bushes??

I just had my outboard serviced and was told next time it will need new bushes around the prop. About $90 he said...would I save and would I be able to do this myself? only a 15hp merc 99 model. Thanks Sean :)

You could buy a new prop for about $150..

Seems a bit odd to be needing a new bush so soon... Unless you use it to dredge... or have done 3 million hours...
