Hello all, i purchased a glass runabout on ebay some time ago and never knew what it was , and have since found out that the transom is soft (surprise, surprise) but thats no worries, have the will and a little cash, will do the job myself.
Found a book with step by step colour pictures and discription of the process. Within this book contained several pages called golden oldies, it showed you colour pictures of boats that are currently seen still operating around the place, with the technical details of the boats. Well i found my boat listed amongst them. It is a Brooker V170r......according to the book Brooker did a run of glass boats in 1973 onwards until when, i don't know.
My question to everyone is.....Does anyone out there have any information, photos, magazine articles or whatever about V170r Brooker's. Any information is great and much appreciated.
