iam going up to noosa for a week and staying in unit on canal. I can moor boat at back door. This saves me put it on trailer every night. I was just wondering about flushing if boat will be in water for the week. Will i need to take out and flush motor. i will trim motor out of water when not in use.
Your advise please.

cheers

Seahorse,
I will be fine as i am away with mine for 6 weeks at a time and cannot flush because of lack of water.
Been doing it for 30 years and had no probs.

Hi Greg,

I know of some comercial guys who never flush there out boards and some of there motors are 1986 models so a week certainly isnt going to harm it
