New motor for new boat??

Hi guys. I am thinking of buying a new boat. It is a stacer 429 seaway. Is this a good boat??
Also i was wanting to put a 40hp e-tec on it. Anyone with any experience or knowledge of this engine?? It costs a little more than a johnson 40, i think another g, is it really worth it??

Mate try giving murks a pm , he has a 60 etec & could probably
give you a good idea on how good they are !!!

I have a 40 e-tec on my little boat , great on fuel , quiet etc etc blar blar . Cant fault it , but i'm sure somebody will.
