Boat storage, Brisbane north

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone knows where I might be able to store a 12ft tinny on the north side of Brissy.. I'm keen to get another boat, but I know with it will come all the usual debates about where to put it (in the yard) from the Missus.

I've checked all the Kennards type storage places, and geez aren't they top dollar ? :-/

Hope someone knows a good place thats safe & cheap
