G'day EPOC, I had my 60 mercury serviced today by Troy Park of Mobile Marine Medics. He is based on the gold coast but he travelled to my place at petrie for no extra charge. G'day Rybka, Troy charged $198 plus parts. He replaced 3 plugs,fuel filter,gear box oil and the water pump impellor. Plus a tune up and fixed the problem with a broken switch in the forward controls for a all up price of $330.00. I was happy because the Mercury dealer up here quoted $275.00 just for labour. So I can't complain,trust this can help.

I live at Mt.Warren Park and the other day was at the BiLo shopping centre here and saw a 4x4 Ute with Yamaha outboards all stripped down in the back of it. Noticed his mobile marine mechanic signs all over the ute so wrote down his number because I may need him for a project in the making. If interested his number is 0416 272 485

there is a very good guy just before the turn off to Rudy Mars - I have his card at work and will get his name etc for you - hes on the main road and has a couple of outboards outside his shed. He is very good price wise and knows his stuff.
