soundproofing engine box

the 20 footer i just bought has a 200 hp volvo penta in it and no soundproofing in the engine box. i have to replace the floor also. wondering if anyone had some ideas they had used to good effect before. as i am doing the flooor also would you worry about putting soundproof under aswell?. all help appreciated. cheers

Whitworths sell it in sheets. I think it's about $65 for a 1200x1200 sheet, has a self adhesive backing.

Just try the chandleries, or an acoustic solution place.

As for soundproofing under the floor.... You'd be best off filling the compartments with foam.
