does anyone know if there are any bait prep boards(cutting boards) that fit into only one rod holder i.e. i cant put one across the transom as have a kevlacat & would need to put a board on either side of transom or port/starboard gunnels-all the ones available in shops such as bcf come with 2 rod holder mounts--any suggestions?
